I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and hold an MA from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I am also a graduate of the Hakomi Institute of California and have an extensive background in massage therapy.

In addition to working with people who have illness, pain and trauma, I also counsel individuals, couples and teenagers who grapple with a variety of issues or who wish to use therapy as an avenue for personal growth and fulfillment. My wholistic approach to healing draws on my experience of the body and mind as a dynamic integrated system in constant relationship with its environment. As a therapist I am non-judgmental of your views, lifestyle and dreams and work to provide a safe space in which you might grow and expand your experience of life.

I work with you to make choices that are empowering and healthy, and aid you in developing a greater sense of aliveness, fulfillment and joy. Therapy is supportive, dynamic, challenging and often times fun.

I encourage you to call or email me for a free consultation. I look forward to serving you on your healing path.

Thank you,
Erika Gimbel, MFT
