Therapy

I practice wholistic therapy because it embraces the whole person, emotional, spiritual, physical, mental–all the parts make up the whole. Wholistic psychotherapy utilizes traditional and non-traditional therapies to bring about healing, balance and integration.

Your body offers a wealth of powerful information, if you know how to listen to it. There is an intrinsic honesty within the body. It’s a beautiful place to begin. I will help you slow down and listen to your own body, to breathe deeply, to slow your mind, and to hear what your body is saying.

I work with people who feel hopeless or lost, who are struggling to find meaning or purpose in their lives. The heart of Wholistic Psychotherapy is engaging in your process, whereby you can release physical pain and emotional suffering, and return to your natural state of joy and passion.

If you are challenged by physical pain, illness, trauma or differing physical abilities, I can help you learn to tune in to your body and understand what it has to tell you. Breaking out of these stuck places will help you connect with yourself, your loved ones and your communities at large and experience integration and well-being!
