"We are hardly in tune with ourselves, let alone in tune with our guitars."
-George Harrison
"I think over again my small adventures, my fears. These small ones that seemed so big. For all the vital things I had to get and to reach. And yet there is only one great thing. The only thing. To live to see the great day that dawns. And the light that fills the world.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Artist: Living Your Art & Artist’s Way

Come deep dive into the possibilities of what this course can be for you; especially right now in these times where more and more projects, percolating and creating your art is and can be a wonderful self care act. Definitely, get your copy of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron.  Dive into the introduction and get your journal ready for writing those morning pages.  We’ll cover all the basics for this supportive and exploratory process this Wednesday.

You can be a closet artist or a working successful……………(fill in the blank for your artist self). All welcome. The most important ingredients are: willingness, curiosity and commitment to take your steps and show up.

Intrinsic Movement for Creativity and Bliss

This practice group for mindfulness and moving meditation is one of my favorite tools in the tool box.  Slow down to listen to the cellular movement of your body…with stillness and an open mind you too can inward journey yourself to more flow, ease and possibility.
Some sessions will have LIVE musical & vocal accompaniment.
