This workshop is for caretakers, massage therapists or anyone working to heal their own body. Someday we will be together again but until we come out of this thing, why not touch up your skills in a supported environment.

  • repetitive stress injuries
  • seniors/frail types/disabilities and neurological degenerative
  • conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, MS, Cerebral Palsy, encephalitis, and seizures

    This practice group for mindfulness and moving meditation is one of my favorite tools in the tool box.  Slow down to listen to the cellular movement of your body…with stillness and an open mind you too can inward journey yourself to more flow, ease and possibility.
